We are a maid service that cares about our customers. We don't bill you down to the minute. When we see something on a cabinet & you didn't ask for them to all be done we at least wipe off what we see on them. We won't wait for you to see it and be upset cause we didn't get it & you call to ask why. We make sure you are satisfied with our cleaning. Our ladies work hard & are permitted to accept any tips you offer. Some tip after each cleaning and others wait till the holidays and tip bigger & others also don't tip at all ( your choice):0) 

We send the same team everytime, unless one of the ladies had to call off then we send another lady with one of your same girls. We want to send the same two ladies every single time just as much as you want us to, but sometimes it is just impossible. If a lady quits, I have to send another lady. Not doing her job correctly, I have to send a new lady. We are responsible for anything that goes wrong in your home and would never send anyone I wouldn't have in my own. I actually take the girls to alot of my families homes for training before I bring them into your home. So please don't rush into canceling if and when it may happen. I have never had one complaint from a customer of theft or damage to something and not reported.  

We really do care....

We had a customer that became ill in January and he couldn't hardly get out of his chair on a Tuesday called our office and said he needed help with his house bad and wanted someone that day or Wed. or Thurs. because he had an Dr.'s Appt. on Friday to see what was wrong. We went that day. He even asked if we do laundry. We said no, but we will do some for you while we are there. So we did, then we felt bad to leave while they are still washing and drying. So we stopped charging him and stayed and talked with him, warmed him up some soup, gave him a drink. Even emptied his bed pan till all the clothes where washed and the last load was drying and the dryer stopped working. SO we hung them on hangers and put them along his shower rod upstairs so that he could get to them and folded the rest and placed them in his room. So we ended up there for 2 1/2 hours and only charged him for the 1 1/2 hours we cleaned. Micki offered him her mothers name and number if he was looking for someone to do his laundry ,cook for him and other things like that and also when she got home she called and got some info on Meals On Wheels for him. Talked to him on Wed. and Thurs. to make sure he didn't need anything and Micki's husband went over on Thurs. had helped him with eating and company. He went to the hospital on Friday and never came home. 

We don't want to feel like the person would feel if they didn't stay and help him.
